confraternity 2012

Stu Allen Photography had the pleasure in shooting the confraternity shield 2012 rugby league competition.
Was great to see so much good football from young kids.

The Confraternity Carnival is an annual schoolboys’ rugby league competition conducted by the Queensland Independent Secondary Schools’ Rugby League (Q.I.S.S.R.L). The Carnival has been in existence since 1980 and in that time has developed a reputation as one of the most formidable schoolboy rugby league competitions in Australia. The Carnival is played each year in a different city in Queensland and the competition is for the Open or Firsts team from each school. Teams take a squad of 20 players to the Carnival.
